Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment centers located in Los Angeles California and Overseas.
US Based orders usually ship between 1 and 3 business days.
Overseas orders usually ship between 5 and 10 business days.
US orders should be delivered between 1 and 5 business days from the day that we ship your order.

Orders are usually shipped using the United States Postal Service.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total purchase price plus any shipping cost (if any) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
