We are a family-owned online store, founded by Lili and Angel Ayala. We are based in New York, but our warehouse and fulfillment centers are located in Los Angeles, California and Overseas.

Our products ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles California and Overseas. The product page will show where each product ships from.

Do you ship to International locations?

We do not ship to International locations.

How long will it take to ship my order?

US orders usually ship between 1 and 3 business days.
Overseas orders usually ship between 5 and 10 business days.

When will I receive my order?

US orders should be delivered between 1 and 5 business days from the day that we ship your order.

Overseas orders should be delivered between 5 and 10 days from the day that we ship your order.

Do you offer store credit or payment terms?

We do not offer direct store credit, but we do offer an interest free payment plan through Shop Pay.

Do you accept gift cards?

No. At this time, we are not equipped to accept gift cards.
